  • I would say go with the HRM and the nike +. Tredmills and elipticals that have the HR sensors tend to be off anywhere from 10-20% sometimes when it comes tracking other things like caloric burn.
  • I work in a pharmacy and the normal complaints regarding Lyrica are the issues you are having. The thing is most patients prefer those feelings over the pain. If you are using this medication for neuropathy maybe try Neurontin if you havent already. From my experience with patients there isnt as many complaints.
