I was on topomax for years for migraines and seizures, and did not notice any significant change in weight. However a friend also on the medication, experienced weight loss.

Glad it started today. I have been staying under 1200 calories, but of course ate to my limit of 1400 on yesterday. I think it was the peanut butter and jelly sandwich that did me in!!!!
