i've been taking 20 mg of lisinopril and haven't noticed any side effects... maybe a bit of dry cough, but not sure if it's from the drug...

I'm new to MFP too... I really want to make some healthy life habits given chronic health issues in the family. i'm not looking to lose too much weight, but it's always such a struggle for me to lose anything more than 5 lbs, let alone keep it off. please add me. thanks!
