I hope you understand that a Keto diet turns more into a lifestyle. Once you add in any of the "forbidden" foods again it doesn't take long to gain back the weight, it's fast. Maybe you should focus on better eating and look at what you can eliminate to lose those last few pounds. Change up or add a new exercise routine.

I find myself finishing the day somewhere at 15-18 net carbs; • Eating 60 to 65% fat and 30 to 35% protein (never more – Atkins is not a high-protein diet) • Eating 20 net carbs a day, with 12-15 of them veggies from the Induction foods list • Drinking 64 ounces of water a day

I teach my kids to take a small portion of something that they don't like and put it on the fork with something they do like. So if we have asparagus with mashed potatoes put a little veggie with the potato. I learned to love broccoli when I dated a guy who always loaded his pizza with it.

I'm a cauliflower junkie. Fresh is much better than frozen. I would boil it like potatoes to the same consistency as a boiled potato and then go from there.

BMI's need to go away. We shouldn't use them at all as they are not accurate for anything. Lou Ferrigno is labelled as very overweight or obese according to his BMI. You want to go tell him he's fat because his BMI says so?

Actually when I eat carbs it sucks all my energy and makes me feel sluggish and bloated. I feel great at a low carb/sugar level
