Staying on Atkins induction phase longer than 2 weeks
has anyone stayed on the induction phase of Atkins for longer than the suggested 2 weeks? Did you have any problems from doing this? Coffee sweetener
I'm a coffee junkie. I follow a low carb and no sugar diet so I use Splenda in my coffee. It takes better than other stuff but recently had a few people go crazy on me about how terrible it is. I can't drink coffee without sweetness and I don't like using stevia. Would straight sugar be best?

I'm following a very strict low carb no sugar diet and sticking to 1200 calories a day. I've been doing great with it, no cheating and I lost 12lbs. I am a bit constipated, but not too bad. I hit my first 10lb loss today. I'm only taking it 10 at a time, to me it's more realistic and less depressing. I can only do this through food and not exercise so I'm happy with 10lbs in 3 weeks

I've found the scale hates me and never shows progress. The only way I can really keep an eye on weight loss is to measure. Anyone else?
