How's my food?

I don't know how to link you up with my food log, but it's pretty simple and routine. I'm going very low carb and 1200 calories
Breakfast- coffee, Splenda and 1/2&1/2, 2 eggs pan cooked and 2 brown & serve sausage. Small dab of salsa & sprinkle of Mexican blend cheese (@1/8 of a cup)

Lunch- romaine with fresh chicken tenders @2oz, cucumber, black olives, cheese and oil&vinegar dressing.

Dinner- whatever protein for that night (beef, ham or chicken) and veggies, usually broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or another salad.

Tea & water throughout the day and a treat of sugar free, 1g carb whipped cream. Sometimes I snack on peanuts.

    I think as long as you have a balance of protein, an adequate intake of veggies and fruit, you should be fine! Also, you can eat whatever you like, so long as its in your calorie range, and you can still lose weight.
    So, if those choices are tasty to you and satisfying, I'd day you're fine! Maybe try adding more vegetables or fruit to your lunch to mix things up? Great to be getting in protein though.

    I would try to eat 1400 calories, if not 1600.

    to open your food diary for us to see, click the food tab at top, then click the settings tab at top to right, then page for food and exercise settings pops open, scroll down to bottom and you will see

    Friends Only

    Locked with a key:

    If you choose public everyone can see it, friends is just your friends on your list and only they can see it.

    Fruit is sugar, I don't want any sugar and I'm allergic to fruit
