I'll friend you! I'm new to the low carb lifestyle and am still finding my way. I stay under 120 carbs and 15 sugars a day, but I'm thinking about trying to go even lower. I got my guide from The Belly Fat Cure book, but from what I've been reading on here, a lot of people are MUCH lower!

These are all very good suggestions. I have a hard time with night time snacking also. I know it's a habit, but I can't seem to break it. Thank you all for so many good ideas.

I'm new too, happy I found this group. I joined a different website and they were a bit judgmental about my drinking. They didn't seem to think you can lose weight and continue to drink.
