steering clear of prepared foods (which typically aren't healthy choices) helps to keep the groc bill down. eat fresh and when you buy sauces, spices and condiments make sure each one has multiple uses. example: grainy mustard can be used on sandwiches, in dressings, as a crust on pork or chicken, in a marinade, etc...…

I would add accessories (pearls are always a great option, a belt and maybe a scarf or a cardigan) and wear a minimizer under the skirt. you have some puckering across the hips, which a minimizer should eliminate. try eating and drinking a large glass or two of water before you go go to bed.. that always helps me and it doesnt count on sunday's menu :) when that doesnt do the trick then i find that spaghetti with red sauce and veggies mixed in does the trick.. maybe parm cheese too... have a blast at your party!

when i have been stuck at the same weight.. i take a day and eat a ton of carbs and dont count any calories.. it seems to shock my system.. then the next day i go back to business as usual and find that i start dropping pounds again...

have you thought about giving him something that he can use everyday.... a great travel coffee mug or a bodem/keurig coffee maker, a great set of quality sheets (granted those might be for you too), a nice wallet or money clip with his monogram.............

I have completed the 30 day challenge.. and its a challenge.. drink lots of water.. lots.. and even more tea with honey..
