i incorporate things like that into my diet. some things i just dont see as an option (like cookies, potato chips) cause i want to eat them as a meal. but things like peanut butter that i usually would overdo, i just put it in my morning oatmeal. helps keep me full longer.

you get used to it, drink a lot of water

not yet.. knock on wood

I cut treats out because the way my mind works is that if I can't eat it as a meal it's not worth it. Example: I can't be happy with eating only one cookie. I want at least 10 lol. But I do eat things like ice cream and I eat lots of peanut butter.

You will lose weight but you'll just be a smaller version of your bigger self. Not as toned.

Whoever came up with the idea that it's only an eating disorder if you're thin (anorexia) is a moron. Eating disorders are mental and have no correlation with ones weight.

i did follow it to begin with, not anymore.. had me set way too low

also you know you can EASILY make your own peanut butter right? step 1: put peanuts in a blender, blend until smooth. you dont even need to add oil to it :)
-
natural peanut butters usually have less sugar content, or less sodium even. regular peanut butters usually contain partially hydrogenated oils with a lot of trans fat.

this. we are all human :), and most people are so worried about themselves and what others are thinking of them too.

with my experience, it took me about 6 months to get to the point where snacking or indulging in treats just wasnt an option
