different body types hold fat differently... so those visual guides arent representative of everyone obviously. i am SUPPOSEDLY at 11.4% body fat right now (caliper test 7 point). but i do not look like the first picture, i look more like the 2nd one (15-17).

Is there a therapist or someone you can talk to that can really help you? All we can do on the forum is encourage you to eat and that food is not the enemy, it is fuel for your body.

Without seeing the rest of your body or any other information like body fat % its impossible to know. But I do know that the body gains and loses fat where it wants to. For me, my chest bones and ribs are very visible (you'd think i was starving) but the rest of me looks normal. That is just where I lost my fat and where…

i would if it werent for the sodium content. i dont like to eat foods with too much sodium in them. but other than that they look delicious. then again im not picky lol

I eat 1500-1550 to maintain my weight (don't weigh much). Have you tried a TDEE calculator? If not you should check here: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ Once you get that number, that's the amount of calories you should eat to maintain your weight. For weight loss subtract 15%-20% from that number and there you have it.

i eat less when im sick, usually i dont have an appetite and i dont want to be more miserable forcing myself to eat more. i try to make up for it by eating a little more than usual once my appetite is back though.
