are you figuring out your calories via this? Carbs x4 = calories from carbs Fat x9 = calories from fat Protein x 4 = calories from protein (also maybe oats for breakfast?)

Do you like almond milk? There's a 30 calorie per 8 oz kind. Maybe having some liquid in your stomach will help with hunger

They are the best protein bars I've ever tasted and I've true quite a lot. Lots of fiber too. Their newest flavor chocolate chip cookie dough is incredible.

btw the reason i gave up certain foods is becuase i literally cannot eat them in moderation... example: COOKIES lol, i used to eat cookies like a meal.

I eat in the 90's Some people say 1 gram per pound of body weight. I don't know how accurate that is, though. (I believe that's for lifting) Others say 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.

lol i am pretty similar. i dont even log my weight lifting routine anymore, not like the calorie deficit it creates is anywhere near big enough anyways.
