Eat almonds when you feel hungry. Or drink LOTS and LOTS of water. This will crush your hunger! :) I always eat nuts because I get hungry almost every hour lol

I think the best motivation out there for you is the thought of your fiance seeing you as hot as ever and your kids thinking, "Wow, I have a beautiful and sexy mommy!" :) Family is always the number 1 and primary motivational tools I use when I work out.

I think not. It all depends on your calorie intake per day. I for one can't do 3 meals a day because I get too hungry in between meals. Smaller meals will always work for me so I wouldn't get crave for more. Hope this helps.

I usually eat a pack of nuts. It easily removes my cravings. Nuts are protein too as far as I know, right?

I think it's about 60cals per piece. I love spicy tuna as well. It's my favorite japanese dish.
