This is obviously a hot topic with lots of viewpoints and advice. At the end of the day, we just have to figure out what works and doesn't; what has priority. I love music and dance, therefore I love Zumba!! I do it at my gym, but we recently lost our instructor. Until they get another one I may try the Wii option.
