metabolism A should eat larger portions of protein and real fats less carbs darker cuts of meat. no low fat cheese etc... A metabloism craves salt. b metabloism craves sweets - still protein but not as much and they could handle more carbs butshould eat lighter cuts of meats

we r in the same boat.. I was on ww hit my goal then after second child same thing. I rejoined ww earlier this year and did not like it.. I did lose a bit but this seems much better. I would rather not have the extra points anyway it only makes logical sense to have them each day. Today is a new day I am not beating myself…

thanks.. I just started and had a bad day yesterday with thanksgiving. I did log everything I ate so, I was way over. pretty scarey when I listed it all . I need to make sure I exercise on the days I have an outing and that will help...
