When I use canned foods I use no salt tomato sauce and no salt beans and Mrs. Dash salt free spices.

I don't know that's tough! I personally have worked out through my colds. They weren't great but I got through them. I am not one to get really really sick though so it depends on how bad you really feel. If you know you can't do it I say just start where you left off when you feel better.

Great job!

It's heaven. That's all I have to say!

I also have an 11 month old...and a 6 yr old. I got stretch marks from my first and thankfully the ones I got from my second one just extended slightly off the ones I already had. So yeah I still have them, they're white now and have faded somewhat but they're still there. I have used cocoa butter, bio oil, vitamin E,…

I have been eating energy bars that are kind of higher in carbs but they are low in fat and have good amount of protein. They work pretty well for me.

I laugh reading your post because it sounds just like me! I am for the most part pretty good during the week and once friday hits I'm horrible. What's worked for me is really just making small changes...I made it a point to eat 5-6 meals a day and it was hard at first but now I'm used to it..in fact I get hungry after 2-3…

1-2 scoops protein powder, 1 cup low fat milk, 1 tbs of almond butter and a handful of ice...sooo good!!
-
Yeah me too! Don't feel good at all today..got through 1/3 of my workout...have no energy..ended up eating a philly cheese steak, fries, half a soda, and the rest of my babies grilled cheese!!
-
Ugh!! I hate those too! I am getting better though. I'm on my 5th week and I still can't get all the way up without pushing myself with my hands but I am getting better.

Look at my sodium from that day or the days before and drink lots and lots of water!!

I have a sportline sx with a chest strap and I think I got it for around that price at Walmart. I think it's pretty accurate. I tested it against my treadmill the other day and it was only below by a little.

Cinnamon and bananas added.
-
I gain 5-10 lbs but then lose it right after...ugh!! Very annoying!
-
I bought a diff. hr monitor with a chest strap...my numbers were definitely too high on the other one..this one seems more accurate!!
-
I bought the $27 hr monitor from walmart - sportsline s7. I'm not sure that it's accurate. I seem to record high numbers doing p90x....higher than most others I have seen. On average on the more cardio dvds I'm burning about 700 calories an hr. I'm thinking about returning it....

Thanks for replying to my post. I guess I am not the most fit. I mean I am 5'3 124 lbs. but not fit. I lifted weights for about 6 months 3-4 days a week before I had my daughter (10 months old now). Then just recently started lifting again in November and p90x just in the last 2 weeks....but no cardio before that. I'm…

Yeah I was using a band that I have but I wasn't getting enough burn...so I thought I'd to push ups so that I'm doing at least something.....I understand though...guess I'll have to bug my husband some more to put the pull up bar up.

not so healthy but I saw that you can put a little olive oil, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese and bake for a few min.
-
This happens to me too. In fact my weight wasn't going anywhere until I increased my calories and even the last two nights I ate a little more than usual and I'm still losing!
-
Me too!! I live in Colorado and it's been super cold here! I can't wait till summer! I love my kids but being stuck inside can start to drive me nuts...them too!
-
I don't think it's too bad....maybe throw some protein in there somewhere and break your meals down into smaller ones...more fruits and veggies...sorry I know that's probably the typical answer..my food intake isn't great but I think I am making progress. You're welcome to view mine.

Oh and take a day off to let your body recover

I love apples with peanut butter or almond butter! Frozen grapes and cheese snack sticks are good too. I noticed the starbucks on your diary..I suggest trying tazo zen tea with soy milk. It's low in calories and really good. If you need a little more sweet in it add 2 pumps of peppermint! I never ever drank soy milk (never…

I would say sedentary. I put my self as lightly active...I'm a stay at home mom of a 9 month old and a 5 yr old but I'm on my feet most of the day doing light activities....cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, changing diapers, making bottles, etc..
