Cool! Thanks for the info, I can definitely hit all my targets without worrying about trying to have a more balanced breakfast. I'm more hungry later in the day, as that's when I use my energy, in the morning it's rather slow paced for me, so I think that's why I'm not feeling the need for more of a boost then.
