  • Yes. Agree on the Upton thing. Has anyone tried the new food offerings at the park. Lines have been long, so I've gone with old standbys.
  • SW 185 CW 169 GW 130 Not the best week I've ever had. Only got to the gym twice... Expecting another winter storm here, so I don't know how this week will be either. Hoping to at least maintain until better weather--and exercising OUTSIDE. Weight in dates: 2/1- 169.5 2/8- 169 2/15- 2/22- 2/28-
  • If you are over your calorie goal (by even one calorie) it turns red on your daily diary and that's discouraging to me. So I keep it under--IF I CAN!!
  • SW: 185 CW: 170 GW: 130 Weigh in Dates: 2/1 : 169.5 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 End of Month Total weight lost: Losing 5 in Feb would make it an even 20 for the fall/winter so far. That would be great, but still not bikini weight.
  • Started off needing to lose 55lbs. to get to "normal" weight for my height. Have lost 14 since November 10 (76 logons). Gym 3-4 times a week (weather permitting). Count every calorie. Definitely motivated!! Add me if you want, I'm here most days and glad to support.

What would I have done differently? Nothing What are today's personal goals? Gym tonight after work. Goal weight at the end of Winter check-in (3/19)- 155…
  • OK, Nats Fans--the coldest days of the year are coming up. But pitchers and catchers--in about six weeks! Wake up... let me see your faces. Miss you all... and the boys. Gonna be an exciting season.
  • I'm almost 5'4 and I never weighed above 120 until I hit menopause. Then my weight shot up and I was at 185 when I started this program. I still have my old clothes, so my goal is not to give them to charity.
  • Have spent the last three weeks losing 6 pounds, and would hate to completely backtrack on that (small) progress. My plan is to (1) cook with low cal/low salt ingredients, such as the mushroom soup for the green bean casserole; (2) avoid slobbering a lot of gravy on the turkey and mashed potatoes--just a tablespoon; (3)…
  • (1) Do you have a small step stool? Use that for "stair climbing." You can be watching/listening to TV at the same time. (2) Do you have an extension cord (unplugged)? Use that for a jump-rope.
  • I tried the fasting, didn't work for me. Got severe headaches and dizziness, was worried about driving. Maybe you have to do it when you are able to stay home.
  • Done. Did 2 sets of 50. LIKE!
  • I LOVE ballpark food. So my rule was, one item per game! Plus I tried to skip another meal the same day. Not the best dieting strategy, but it kept my weight stable. But late September and October just killed me... maybe it was post-season depression. :) Yep, so ready for Opening Day--though I'm curious if Rizzo will make…
