Thanks projectbam... I would like to try a PUSH/PULL/LEGS split wehre I am doing chest/delts/tris, back/bis/traps, legs.... i am going to look into those 3 splits, phjorg1

To gain mass: Eat a ton (mostly clean stuff), lift a ton (stick to compund lifts like bench, squat, deadlift, pull ups, overhead press) heavy weight low-med reps. Do that for about 3-4 months and you will see a difference

I usually stick with basic healthy stuff throughout the day but sometimes I would come in just under my macro target. I purchased Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer (650 cals 85 carb 60 pro 8 fat) and one shake a day usually gets me very close to hitting targets.
