Friend of mine ran Savannah with me this weekend. She ran all of about 4-6 training runs over the last 4 months, longest one was 10.5. Was her first race. I ran 4 days a week for 14 weeks. Longest run was 11. she beat me. you're fine

a large slice of cheese pizza is about 200 calories. WHY is this an issue? I also make pizzas on NAAN indian bread. Makes a good crust, and then use Trader Joes Roasted Garlic Marinara, fresh mozz, and fresh basil. YUM

If you bake it on a raised rack on your cookie sheet, the grease drains off nicely. Then just pat the top with a paper towel. Make sure you spray your baking rack with LOTS of pam or similar cooking spray, or you'll be eating bacon bits instead....

I've been using the amphipod 2-bottle belt for a couple of weeks. So far, the jury is still out for me. I have an hourglass figure, so my belt has a tendency to slid up as a run.
