i just finished 30 days. disappointed with results. only 7lb first 2 weeks and went back up 2lb last 2 weeks so only 5lbs for 30 days and barely any inches. I worked out 5x a week. I did look into tdee and it says 2613. 20 percent is 2091 calories which i net for sure below that ! guess i don't understand the tdee

i guess the word bulk up wasnt right lol because when i use to go to the gym i would do a half hour cardio and then do either legs or arms weight lifting(switch every other day) but i thought maybe i would get better results just doing cardio to drop fat faster and then start adding in weights after doing just cardio…
