  • Ironsmasher...what are you saying?
  • Cindy, Isagenix is more than a diet or just a cleanse. There are lots of supplements, and I just don't mean vitamins, I am not using their daily packs of vitamins since I take specific ones. But there are supplements meant to promote a feeling of well being and have you feel less stress. This is much more than diet…
  • EHarris, I have the hourly by hour plan and am ready. I am shooting for one day but maybe I'll be able to do 2. I'm not working right now, lost my job last month, so being home all day its hard not to eat all day but I'm going to try!! Thanks for your encouragement!!
  • Thank you Barbie Cat! And congratulations on your loss! You know...There are scoffers with any program. But if it works for some and make them feel better why do others feel the need to act superior?? Like what works for them is better for everyone! We are all on here for the same goal but there are very different ways to…
  • EHarris, WOW! Good for you! I am going to attempt a cleanse day tomorrow. Do you have any suggestions as to how to get through??
  • Hi! I know this is an old post but I just started Isagenix this week, today is day 5, and my face is breaking out. Can you tell me what happened with you? Otherwise I'm happy on the diet but obviously this doesn't make me happy.
  • YES!!! I have a big problem with fruit! I love it and try to eat it all the time but more often than not I end up regretting it. I have a lot of GI issues my doctor says IBS but that's what they say when they don't know what else it is. Bananas are the worst for me but really anything more than a couple bites of most…
  • Feel free to add me!
  • I just discovered almond milk, too! I am buying the unsweetened one which is only 30 calories per cup. I was never a milk person so I would never drink a glass of milk so I can't speak to that but in oatmeal and cereal the almond milk is really delicious!
  • Log your exercise so you know how many calories you burned. Try to eat half of them in addition to your 1200 calories and on a regular day without exercise try to keep it between 1100 - 1200. You'll do well there. I worked out today but felt sick when I came home or I would have eaten more. Plus I binged on Chinese last…
  • Just try to eat some of your exercise calories. When I workout I may eat a little extra but not usually all of the exercise calories, maybe a banana or a 100 calorie bag of popcorn...it's a little more but not enough that it will hurt. I was previously under the assumption that eating as little as possible was the best but…
  • I just joined Monday and everyone on here has been very supportive and informative...good luck and feel free to friend me!
  • @Evey, I agree...over the years I've had so many people challenge me on my vegetarianism like it's a personal statement against them that I'm not eating what they eat. It would definitely be more easy on me if I did eat meat so I would 'conform' but it's just not right for me. I am lucky, my family has never challenged me…
  • In a few months it will be 21 years since I've had red meat and it's been over 17 since I've eaten pork or poultry. I am not a vegan so I eat dairy products and seafood. Unless you are making a commitment to eat whole foods only you still have to worry about your sodium as that's what I am struggling with right now since…
  • Mock, you have your goals set to 50/25/25?
  • Cat, where do you keep your goals?
  • I was determined to eat less, had myself eating 700 - 900 calories a day but after a few days I ended up starving and then I splurged, it backfired on me. I did this 3 weeks in a row and while I lost a few pounds temporarily I ended up right back where I started at. A friend tried to convince me that I needed to eat at…
  • I'm 5' 1.5" and currently weigh 122 which is up 15 lbs from this exact time last year. It's hard to lose weight at this height not to mention I am 44 years old. Since I weighed 107 I joined a gym but also started going out more so more eating out and alcohol. I'm on 1200 calories a day and workout at least 5 hours a week…
  • I just joined today so I haven't had this experience but I also don't have pictures of myself in a bikini...and I never will since this is the internet. I don't put anything on here that I wouldn't put on Facebook or any other online site. I'm looking for friends to support me in my weight loss goal and hopefully I can…
  • Thanks all! Friend requests sent!!
  • My first day as well on 1200 calories a day!
