Also expected to do some usability training and basic data recovery. No certs actually, some self learning with cisco, N+, A+, programming I struggle with so thats going slowly.…
  • I think its the body..I had my eyebrows done 4 times when I was 18..2 on each side and all 4 grew out(one on each side at a time, giving time to heal before the next one)..now left with 4 scars in addition to the one i already had on my eyebrow :) material doesnt seem to matter..had some done with surgical steel basic ones…

  • 1200 is easy for me at least. I dont like a lot of rich foods with sauces/creams so tends to be meat, potatoes and tinned peas or beans with malt type cereal and if i have lunch it'll be a tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread - just tuna, butter and bread.

  • Im in the North East of England and for us the mid day meal is lunch or dinner, tea is the main meal(e.g. between 4 and 6) and supper a later meal in the evening after 7/8 usually.
  • I was quite skinny until puberty, ended up around 224lbs at 16, I was doing weights but also over eating and it has gone up since to a max of around 300. There is a pre-disposition there with family history but I know I didnt help it :) I think a slow road but with permanent lifestyle changes is always the better way…

  • North East English accent, not as broad as some but it sounds it to people outside of the area..example would be the singer from AC/DC. Rather like Russian accents.
