    I should say my ORM's are not tested. Those are based on reps/weights which are:

    Squat: 150x5
    bench: 90x4
    OHP: 65x5

    I want to test my ORMs someday. With a spotter :)

    1/2 marathon PR: 2:12 (however, that was years ago and I'm quite a bit faster now, I'm pretty confident I could beat it today)

    ETA: This was all about a month ago- I hurt myself then and had to take time off- now I'm working back to these #'s, BUT the time off has not been that bad- I'm not far from catching back up. I did a decent job of maintaining my strength while recuperating. I just don't want to be disingenuous about my stats. :)

    Yes. My bench is only 10lbs higher than my OHP.
    I can see the OHP passing it pretty soon too. Guess that's part of having a 78" wingspan.
