My surgery is on April 7. I also have to cut my coffee... What kinds of liquids will you be transitioning to? I already drink at least one protein shake a day, but I'm looking for some other options. I like variety.

I am in the final planning stages for surgery. I am nervous and excited.. Surgery could be as early as 31 January. Procedure will be done in a military hospital while my husband is on a remote assignment. My biggest concerns are time in the hospital, scarring, and downtime after surgery.
