I am also doing the C25K. Currently I am close to 320 (give or take) and I try to run for about 10 minutes per day and walk an additional 20.

Thanks Tiara and Lindsey! I added you both as friends :) Great job on the weight loss, the holidays are always a hard time of year for weight loss. I have been using MFP for years, but I have never had a lot of success (my own fault). I am committing fully to it this time and trying to utilize all of the tools they provide…

Thank you refinedredbird! That helps quite a bit. I always thought I hadn't been eating enough, but with so many "resources" out there, I wasn't sure. Using the MFP calculator, it had me at about 2000 per day. I will start out at 2500 or so and refine it from there. Thanks again for the help! I do have another question.…
