Mine knows and asks me if I remembered to record my food. He doesn't do it himself, but we are both trying to lose weight and he knows it helps me to be on here.

I'm on day 3 as of today. Owwwww!!! My legs felt like wet noodles on the first day. I walk with my husband first for 30 minutes and then come back and do the 30DS. Whipping my hiney!!! Come on people!! You can do it!! We have the motivation. Just have to stick with it. :wink:

I'm getting ready to work on Day 2.....can't say I'm looking forward to it since I am in a bit of pain from the first workout. I do hope it gets better as well.

What about using real maple syrup? Would that make a difference rather than using Aunt Jamima which is processed? The question is just out of curiosity.

I am also 5'2". When DH and I got married, I weighed 100lbs. I don't want to be that small, but sure would love to see the 120's again. Have a ways to go, but I am further down than I have been in a looooonnnnnggggg time.

THAT is the whole reason for my post. Not to be nosy, not to pick apart any diary, just to see what is working for other people so maybe I can try it and see if it will work for me. Some people have taken offense.

AHA!!!!! I have found that there are TWO places to change your settings. One for the overall view and a separate one for the food diary. WHO KNEW!!! By golly!!! Holy cow, people. I believe, and I quote myself, "EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT!" I DID have issues. So....okay, you did not have any side effects/ issues. In MY CASE, I did not take a supplement and suffered for it! D I F F E R E N T means NOT THE SAME! Don't ostrasize me for being different. Geez!!

Make sure you take some supplements. There are certain enzymes in meats that your body requires. Don't be freaked out by certain bodily changes...they will go away (hairloss, constipation, can't remember others).
