I struggle with that too!! at the bar i will usually try for vodka diet coke! or when im feeling bad *kitten* i just go straight for the tequila shots lol. but yeah limiting is the best because i know when im a couple drinks deep my "healthy" judgement is gone. good luck and have fun!!!
