  • Time and time again I've tried to eat 1200 calories... At the end of the day, 1200 is really just a punishment I gave myself for not doing well enough. 1500 is much more reasonable for me, and you could probably eat up to 1800 and still lose. Stop punishing yourself, we are all in this together
