163 --> 137ish 12/14 to a solid 10, sometimes a more roomy 8 (I'm getting there!) same to the nothing that fits. I'm waiting until I hit a solid 8 before I got clothes shopping again. I've borrowed from my sisters for the interim, but my own stuff is just starting to look strange

I agree with that. I think the concept is there but they haven't fleshed it out yet. If I pick my height and current weight 5'5" 130's there's 5 or 6 examples that all look totally different. which is really eye opening that people will all look totally different at the same weight

This is great info but any particular reason you use the covert bf%? I only ask because I have a big difference between my military bf% and covert...I guess I don't want to make things worse by changing the numbers.

I think it has a lot to do with physical condition. remember everything MFP uses are averages. I'm in the same boat as you. My HRM always reads higher than MFP (but not usually by that much) while others are lower. Keep up the good work. And as was said over time your HR will come down.

This is what I've always done. I know I'm by no means sedentary but I wanted to make sure I wasn't "double counting" the calories I eat back. I'm not sure if its correct or not. If someone has insight? I guess I still NET the sedentary number (1400-1450)... but on workout days I can easily be eating 2050 cals or so...?

I'm 5'5" 138 now. I'm definitely still curvy. I had originally put in the 120's as my goal but I might just go a little lower into the 130s. I'm pretty happy with where I am now.
