I use my food scale to weigh my meat portions because there is really no other way to determine if you are eating and logging the correct amount. In the beginning of my journey, I measured EVERYTHING. Now, I ballpark it if necessary. I try not to obsess amount measuring to the exact amount as much. :smile:

I am only 5' tall, I weigh 146 pds and wear a size 10 (I have a 27 inch waist though--my meaurements are 35 bust, 27 waist, 35 hips) But depending on the jeans, I can go between a 10-12. Hope this helps :drinker: Good luck!!!

I'm interested in hearing about this as well. I also had 2 c- sections and lost a lot of weight. I think mine is a mixture of fat and skin still :frown: But interested in hearing others advise on how to improve it

I'm married but I definitely get more attention from men now. I even had family members tell me I am "more beautiful now" with the weight off. IDK :tongue:

Yes, counting calories, exercising, and making healthier choices. For me, once I started counting calories, it taught me that if I make healthier choices, I can eat more and be full and still stay within my calorie limit. SW: 225 CW: 148 GW: 128

I hit a plateau myself for awhile. I started zig zagging with my calories and the scale started to move again. Good luck with whatever advice you find to help you :smile:

I start in January of 2012 at 225 pds. I reached my 50 pd goal in Sept of 2012. I simply ate healthier-- not less, just healthier--- and I made a point to break a sweat daily- whether is was from walking, bike riding, etc. Eat better - move more-- that's the key! Good luck!:smile:

I find all my recipes on Pinterest. Also, I follow Hungry Healthy Happy on Facebook and Instagram! She ALWAYS has healthier alternatives!!! (including a brownie recipe)

REALLY?! My measurements are 36, 28, 36 ---- perfect hourglass figure which defines curvy?! Am I still losing weight-- of course! but what a close minded and stupid statement to make. Sounds like jealousy........:tongue:
