Greek yogurt. You can add it to your food very easily! I use plain greek yogurt on my chicken tacos instead of sour cream, make a ranch dip out of it to dip veggies in, etc.

I get a lot of my recipes off of the Weight Watchers website (you can print out recipes without being a member). I've tried their ground turkey chili and taco soup recipe (made with ground turkey) and they were both yummy!!!

sounds like you need some spiritual or psychological boosting :) find some good books to read, rethink your friends (meaning try to find uplifting friends-- stay clear of the negative ones), get lost in nature (go on a nice hike), etc. all these things will change your point of view. "Negativity breeds negative thinking,…

 I agree with those that said hit up your local farmers market or produce stand. Better prices, usually local, and/or organic! I can stop at my local market and walk out with 4 bags of produce for only $10 or $15! And then your money stays local as well

The best thing my trainer taught me was not to deprive myself! He said if I crave chocolate, allow myself a glass chocolate milk (skim milk with sugar free chocolate syrup) or two devils food cookies (fat free- low calories). If I crave salty, I allow myself to eat some air popped popcorn with low sodium salt. The key to…

I am a mother of a 3 yr old and 10 yr old girls. I have sat down and talked to my 10 yr old about the shootings. I felt it was necessary simply bc it was all over the television and I would rather her hear it come from me. She is old enough and mature enough to understand and actually mourn the children as all of us are.…

My NSV was going to Disney World this past week and not having to turn my hips to the side to walk through the turnable, having to tighten the safety belts on rides instead of loosen them, and not getting tired while walking the parks  ((happy dance))

This! Completely agree! my 10 yr old daughter has a smart phone (my idea for her own safety and security) and it has not been a problem at all!

well according to the rules of facebook, they cannot be younger than 13. For me, I would probably say 13 or 14. But it would be very restricted with privacy settings. And I would have the password to log in if needed and be listed as their friend in order to observe (based on all the online bullying).

I am 4 pds away from my second goal weight of 150 and I lost a lot of boobage. I went from a 36D to a 34C  I have two kids, never breastfeed either one. Thank goodness my husband doesn't seem to mind. But I kind of do :indifferent: I would definitely consider surgery if I had the financial means
