LOL My boyfriend is 6 f and 145 pounds!! However he eats SO much food everyday but he never gains! He is pretty much all muscle too..not a smidge of pudge of soft flab anywhere. Kinda hate him sometime..:(

Actually I have hear that when you don't breakfast you body stores it as fat is a myth. I have read a few articles that says it doesn't matter if you eat breakfast, and just eat lunch or dinner, it's the same amount of calories ( so calories in vs calories out is what matters). I wouldn't do this as a "diet" but I often eat the baby food fruit jars as a snack! Banana mango is my favourite!! I really cannot see how anyone could only eat baby food though..

Ah..Oh Moms.. Mine told me in elementary school I was fat..when really I was at a normal weight. She is always the first to remind me if I have been looking a little chunky lol. I am having the same problem too! I usually burn about 500 calories in exercise so that puts me at around 900 cal deficit. Honestly I eat as much as I can, but I am just not hungry enough to eat 900 calories. I usually eat about 1100 cal which I know is bad, but I don't really have the appetite. I have about 25 pounds to lose..so frustrating, it doesn't seem to want to come off! I am don't know what else I could do. I actually don't usually eat my exercise calories, If I am hungry I eat them, if not, I don't.

Drinking my green smoothie right now! :) 1 cup of frozen mix berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries) 2 cups of spinach 1/2 of rapini (just the leaves not the bulb) a few leaves of Kale carrot juice or yogurt So good, and it lasts me usually the whole day! :)

Don't worry about today because you have tomorrow!!! We ALL have set backs but the most important thing to do is get right back up! I have had so many of those day but as long you don't dwell on it and just work harder you will have less of these days :)
