so this is just a post for all of us to learn new health snack ideas from each other.
my favorite healthy snack is to take a vanilla light activa yogurt and put honey bunches of oats in it for that extra crunch.
I also like to freeze sugar free chocolate pudding and eat it frozen. IT gives me that ice cream feel but its not really icecream. IF i am feeling really splurgy i will put a dab of whipped cream on it.
I also like to get 35 calorie bread and toast it, then put some nice spray fat free butter on it, a pack of splenda and a dash of cinnamon for some cinnamon toast. it is very yummy and only 35 calories per piece of bread.

Soooo i hate peanut butter. it is so repulsing to me. everything about it, the smell, texture, taste. But I needed some extra protein in my diet, so I toasted and piece of whole wheat bread, put a thin layer of pb on it, i'd say about a tablespoon, then covered the pb in thinly sliced bananas, which equaled out to be about half a banana.
It was the most delicious snack I've ever had.0 -
I peel and freeze bananas. LOVE eating them at night. Takes care of the sweet tooth, and I can gnaw on them since they're frozen, so it takes awhile. Dragging out the little pleasures.0
