I could eat it every day! but sometimes i mix it up because i'm afriad of sickening myself with it and i love it so much so i dont want to ha! xx

Goal weight is 102lbs! as that is what i weighed 2 years ago. Also chose 102 as i was quite happy at 105 so gives me some room to move ha. Any tips for small girls and the…

For instance calorie counters sometimes might think like oh this biscuit is only 85 cals whereas this banana is 100 and therefore go for the biscuit because it keeps their calorie count lower. As long as your making a…

I'm curious about this too because i always thought the way to a flat stomach was crunches etc and now lately all ive been hearing is that, that won't work you need to do cardio and burn the fat, crunches wont do anything. So i am very confused. Also does doing ab exercises with weights burn fat and tone?

At my lightest i was 100lbs and although i could not get into a size 6 rather than 8-10 i didnt look THAT different. I just always have a belly fat. even…

It doesnt ask how heavy you lifting or anything, i do body pump and never know how to log it which is obviously weights aswell as squats lunges etc but if i log strength training under cardio it says 60 minutes is only 152 calories, i really dont think thats right is it? x
