Keep your head up!!! u have lost weight before, and can do again!! trust me I know discouraging. take a couple days off..set a day after w/e & hit it hard... and stay away fm scale for a bit.i went on treadmill everyday, 30 days straight 30 min.. felt great!! thought for sure couldnt wait to see result on scale.. I'M 4'11... Started 30 day shred yesterday. & doing treadmill 3o min.. would love some shorty friends..not easy for us to lose weight. 10 lb gain on us lks like 20 on avg height

I started yesterday. , don't give up.!!! I felt like some of the modified moves I wasn't going to be able to push through my body was getting tired, couldn't push Thu, so I just make sure I kept moving even if it wasn't the exact move they were doing. Stick with it everyone says it gets easier first few days the worst

Thank you. I wasnt sure if maybe I should get 30 day shred, & do ripped ones after other completed. Wasn't sure if ripped more muscle build w/ wt loss
