ripped in 30

Anyone had any succes w/Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels??
I started one month ago doing brisk 30 min walk daily, protein shake after. 2 wks ago added ripped in 30 to my routine 6 days a wk..  haven't lost a pond :( .. getting discouraged

    Did you measure yourself? Ripped in 30 is designed to build muscle, and muscle is dense, hence the title "Ripped in 30". You may not lose weight, because you are building muscle. Measure yourself. Inches lost and body fat % is a much better way to track progress.

  • I am doing Ripped in 30 soon. I am currently doing 30 Day Shred and I am on day 18. I have only lost 4 lbs so far, but have lost about 7 inches and I am thrilled!!
