I love all different types of foods and flavors so I don't eat any food I don't like but there are very few foods I don't enjoy. I will also try any food at least once or twice.

I think that sounds great. I would prepare the place for baby ahead of time so you aren't doing that when you are trying to recover. If you have a normal delivery and healthy baby medical care is pretty much unnecessary. Enjoy the time bonding and peaceful recovery.

My goal for October is to track my food everyday and exercise walking or running etc 5days a week.

Looking forward to September the kids are back in school and I will be able to workout in the am. My goals for September are to lose 6lbs and walk 5 days a week maybe start jogging depending on if it hurts or not.

When I am losing weight my cycles are more regular I got pregnant very quickly with my 2nd child and at the time I wa actively losing weight. exercise also helps me regulate my cycles. Good luck in your weight loss and hopefully getting pg very soon. Btw I lost about 25-30lbs and saw a big difference in my fertility.
