Hello I'm assuming college = university. If so I'd love to join. I'm currently at about 160lb (scales are broken but I've been at roughly this weight for years), aiming to get down to 140lb.

Thanks for your help. :) I've been messing around looking at different settings. Lightly active only gives me 150 calories a day more than sedentary. WIth the aid of google maps I found out how far one of my regular routes is, I know I walk that route at a fairly average speed and how long it takes me. I apparently walk at…

I might have to join. I've never work a bikini in my life... the idea of being that confident with myself is almost scary. I managed a swimming costume this year though, so maybe next summer I can take the next step. :)

I like the frozen yogurt idea. :) I'm fairly limited by what they sell in the shop down the road, so avocado and canola oil are unlikely to happen.
