I'm on my 2nd Mirena IUD and it is the BEST THING EVER!!! No emotional ups & downs like with the pill, no need to remember to take a pill, NO periods with all the associated cramping and such. My libido is great, and I'm losing weight. I've had zero problems with it, have lots of friends with it who love it too. I'd…

I ALWAYS leave room in my day for a sweet treat after dinner. It makes the plan live able for me!

I usually get a tall skinny mocha, but yesterday I took a six mile walk so splurged on a caramel frappucino-so worth the 400 calories!

I charge mine a couple times a week during evening tv or movie time.

I'm not a runner, but I'm signed up to walk a 1/2 marathon in September. I'm up to 6 mile walks, need to keep upping my mileage so I'm ready to go!

For me, it took a shift in thinking. I spent so many years NEVER feeling physical hunger pangs because I was eating so much, all the time. Then my hunger was all based in my head and what the latest thing I was craving. Now I realize that the physical feeling of hunger is normal. I eat my meals as planned, and by the time…

My boyfriend is a God and he thinks I'm his Goddess! We love each other like crazy through thick & thin. I'm sure your man feels the same way, you just need to believe it :)

Love my Coke Zero. Down nearly 25lbs and have at least one a day.

How about swimming? No impact on joints, still a good burn rate.

Lots of trying going on .)

Trying out some more "acrobatic" activities with my boyfriend

I started at 275, now 255. Nobody has noticed yet.

I love mine! It's another tool that is helping me on this journey. It keeps me motivated to keep moving every day!

Thanks for your help everyone!

My concern with dropping to sedentary is that MFP then gives me only 1230 cals/day. I've still got 90lbs to lose, that doesn't give me much wiggle room to drop cals as I get closer to goal.

My fave weekend breakfast: Banana "pancakes" (mash up a banana, whisk 2 eggs, mix together til smooth with a pinch of baking powder and a dash of vanilla). Cook like pancakes. Weigh out 30g peanut butter and slather it between your cakes. So yummy, filling, and only around 420 cals for the whole batch!

My diary is open, feel free to take a look. Lots of good healthy stuff, but plenty of "treats" too. I tend to do the same thing for breakfast and lunch for my work days, then mix it up for dinner.

Trader Joes makes pre-cooked, frozen steel cut oatmeal that is just slightly sweetened. It's 150 for a decent sized serving. I have that most work days with a hard boiled egg and a big glass of water with crystal light in it.

Those machines in pharmacies are notoriously poor quality and are often way off. If you can't make it in to your physician stop by a fire department-they'll often check your blood pressure for free.

I buy the crystal lite singles-you can get a big pack at Costco. They even have varieties now that have caffeine in them!

I've got 90 to lose. Feel free to add me!

I've had both a Jawbone Up and Fitbit Flex. I love the data of both. If I were you I'd try both on and see which is more comfortable to you to wear. I feel like my Flex is a little more secure on my wrist.

Are you wearing a smaller size, or are your current clothes looser? Is your endurance increased? Compare before & after photos, I bet you see a difference. 22.2lbs down is awesome! Keep up the good work!

My lunch today: 3 oz deli ham (82 cals) 2 mini babybel light cheese (100 cals) 5 oz blueberries/raspberries (76 cals) 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes w/ 1 tbsp light balsamic dressing (54 cals) Total 313 calories. Yummy, and very filling!

Are you weighing your foods, not just eye balling portions? Are you getting enough water, and enough sleep?

Mine is open, take a look :)

OMG. I have SOOOOOO noticed this. I lost 80lb a couple years ago, was down to just a bit higher than a "normal" weight. I couldn't believe how men flirted with me, how shop employees went out of their way to help me, how people on the street made eye contact, etc. I even got pulled over for speeding twice and was let go…

Yum! Those sound awesome. I'll be giving them a try this weekend!
