Hi~ YOU could a bit of "Pam)spray on oil, in a pan and saute the diced ham is lightly brown, then add some veggies, you could even make some awesome scrammbled egg dish with a bit of sauted onion , thin sliced zucchini, mushroom, bell pepper and 1oz. of cheese, Makes a good meal. I like that for Breakfast~! enjoy
