Need a quick and easy recipe for ham

I took some precooked ham chunks out of my freezer and I need some ideas on how to cook them. I don't have a crock pot so I'm looking for some sort of casserole or other dish that can be prepared in less than 30 min. Any ideas?

Mac and Cheese with diced ham. Not the most healthy thing, but it's the easiest, quickest thing I can think of. Add some frozen peas and carrots to it to boost the nutritional value, make it last longer, and be a little healthier.

If they're precooked you just need to heat them up and then eat them in anything you want (sandwiches, with sides, etc). If it were me, I'd defrost and warm up in the oven then slice it up and serve it with eggs and toast at breakfast, in a sandwich for lunch or with potatoes and a veggie for dinner.

Hi~ YOU could a bit of "Pam)spray on oil, in a pan and saute the diced ham is lightly brown, then add some veggies, you could even
make some awesome scrammbled egg dish with a bit of sauted onion , thin sliced zucchini, mushroom, bell pepper and 1oz. of cheese, Makes a good
meal. I like that for Breakfast~!
    enjoy

Diced and mixed with cooked cauliflower - I've just had more or less this for lunch! I stirred in half fat creme fraiche and sprinkled some grated gruyere on top before baking for 20 mins. Easy, tasty, and not too unhealthy.

Although I'm quite technically challenged in the kitchen (I have no clue how to turn my oven on - I use a toaster oven for most baked meals) this I can handle

I like the mac and cheese with veggies. Doesn't have to be too much mac but I love me some cheese!

    Thanks for the suggestions!
