It could be dependant on how much you are eating? They recommend drinking 1-2 glasses before a meal, but if you are drinking a whole lot more water than your body is used to and not eating enough to soak it up, that can make you sick to your stomach. My 11 year old loves to 'help' me exercise during my kettlebell workouts. He reminds me it is OK to take breaks and brings me water and says how proud he is. When I do my planking, he holds the stopwatch and cheers me on as loud as he can. Absolutely the cutest thing ever!!
