I try to stay around 70grms a day and it usually works well for me. Anything above 100 is a killer for the bgl

I have never had to use any form of asthma inhalers as I am not an asthmatic thankfully. They did a lung function test on me that's why I had to have it.

When I was on them I had no issues, I was also on the slow realise I was on 500x2 after dinner at night for 3 months then gradually went back down to 500 a day now I'm on diet and exercise alone... I have read that some do have these issues... Good luck...

I was looking for a carb counter and this came up on google almost 12 months ago.. I have lost 40 KG'S and I am at my goal weight but have stayed on here as it keeps me in check...

I have never had a problem with protein and my type 2

I started on 1 for a week and then the doctor told me to take it up to 2 and I was fine with it with no problems at all.. I am back down to 1 now and have another blood test on Monday morning and all going well I will be taken of them. Until my Type 2 progresses if that happens... Good luck!
