I used to run 5k's in highschool and was able to run in the mid 17s as an average. So running a 5k under 20 minutes would be awesome.

Well, that weight is what my ideal weight is from my doctor. Im 6 feet 1/2 inch tall. I am in my realistic weight, but I want my ideal weight. I find that running helps me. 1) I can pull my bend my knee and bring my foot up on the chair to tie the shoelaces without getting winded. 2) I can fit in jeans that are 32's. 3) I've gone from xxl shirts to large shirts. Its nice to be able to put extra holes in your belt. I have done that and eventually had to get a new belt. Its a great feeling.

Thats what happened to me also. I got very dizzy one evening after running 5k on a treadmill (I was still on blood pressure medicine). I called the doctor the next day and they lowered my medicine. Now I am off it and am very thankful that I have my health back the way its supposed to be.

Fully cooked shrimp can be good if you like it. It usually ranges from 70 to 90 calories for 3 to 4 ounce servings. The amount of calories and ounces depend on what brand you get. But it is good, especially if you have a George Foreman grill. Take the tails off and put it on the GF grill for 3 1/2 minutes. Or just eat them…
