Here are my before and after pictures. The first ones were taken on 10/15/10. I was 278 at that time. These were taken on 2/27/11. I was around 211 at that time. I still have a few more pounds to go, but I will get there.

I can't say when the last time I weighed less than 200 pounds. But finally this morning the scale was polite enough to put me at 199.4. Anyone have a crispy chicken recipe for NuWave ovens?
We recently purchased a NuWave oven and I am trying to find a recipe for crispy chicken. Or any other good recipes for it. So far, the oven is really nice. I am just looking for more ideas other than what is in the recipe book. If anyone has some, please respond.
