Here are my before and after pictures.
The first ones were taken on 10/15/10. I was 278 at that time.
These were taken on 2/27/11. I was around 211 at that time.
I still have a few more pounds to go, but I will get there.

That is great, I just started last week and have lost 4 pounds so far! This is a great program and really changes what you buy at the store. I'm so proud of you, keep up the great work, you look GREAT.

I used to run 5k's in highschool and was able to run in the mid 17s as an average. So running a 5k under 20 minutes would be awesome.0 -
