Ran a mile today

I ran a whole mile today at 5mph on the treadmill. I finished my Turbo Fire HIIT workout and felt like it was too easy/short so I hopped on the treadmill. I did not even feel like I was going to die, either. I give all the credit to Turbo Fire, I haven't even been on the treadmill for about 4 weeks and the last time I ran, I could only run about 1/2 a mile at a time. Today was only my 8th Turbo Fire workout.

Good for you. I must admit this inspires me becuz at the gym I do walk on tredmill at 5.0 but never ran and when I see people running I think OMG.. how hard that must be I am sweating walking fast. But I guess in time it will be doable for me too. Thanks for sharing.

I am glad my post inspired you! I was where you are at 4 years ago. Just starting to exercise and getting a strenuous workout just walking. I kept at it, lost 40 lbs and have a much healthier lifestyle. I just started really getting back into working out in January after 6 months of laziness lol. Justr keep at it, it gets easier.
