This is exactly where I get into trouble post-run in the evening. I stopped running like 1.5 hours ago and still am not hungry...but need to go to bed and know that I have to eat *something* or I will wake up at midnight feeling like I might die if I don't eat NOW.

They measured my feets and widths etc and watched me walk in them. They suggested this one (and had me try on 3 others) because I run "forward" and these had good forefoot cushion. They didn't say anything about pronating etc but I know I pronate at least a little bit in my left foot, maybe both.

I am always impressed with people that complete C25K! I have tried several times and make it about as far as week 4 and then something gets in the way or I hurt myself or something stupid. Someday I will complete it, someday!

I have a few plates (awful ones) and a bar. I hate the gym and the only one that isn't at least a 20 minute drive from me has a terrible weight section anyway. Phooey.

Good to know about Alpha! It is hard to know where I am at right now only because I have been in and out so much. I still have muscle definition but it isn't entirely functional...mostly just for looks or something. I dunno. Do you know if they offer Gamma online streaming?

I expect to gain weight while I do it because I am HOPING to gain some muscle. My weight is okay as of right now but my muscle/strength SO VERY MUCH isn't.

I did volleyball and soccer but that's all I ever really did for sports. Could be from soccer maybe since it is my non-dominant foot.

I kept up kettlebell, HIIT, etc through 40 weeks pregnant. Ended up with the fastest labor ever (not for real but for me, 2 hours from first contraction to baby) and a super easy recovery. I am, in fact, about 20 pounds heavier now than I was before this creature took over my body for it's own use. Still better than 40 pounds heavier I was with both of the other two...

I am at about 2K cals a day which is maintenance + 200 for me. Some days I go slightly over, some days I am under....it evens out pretty well overall. The annoying part is that I am hungry every 1.5/2 hours TOPS *AND* I have to eat breakfast now, which I never did pre-pregnancy. I feel like I am eating all.day.long.

I totally slept for 2 in the first trimester! I haven't ever felt so lazy in my life!
