Thinking about trying NROLFW. Unsure of what weights to use though? Right now my options are limited! I have a set of 10 pounds, a set of 15 pounds, *maybe* a set of 20 pounds, and a single 15/20/25 pound kettlebell. Is that enough to get started? Would I need the gym? Help?

It's enough to get started but you'll progress past it really quickly in the lower body exercises. Have you thought about buying one heavy adjustable kettlebell? I have an ironmaster kettlebell, 80 lbs, and it lasted me for like 8 months before I was ready to move up.

I have thought about it! I was looking into various dumbell sets etc to see what made the most sense.

There is a lot to that program. You're going to need a gym or more equipment. Is there no barbell work in the first workout? (Sorry, it's been awhile since I've read it).

I don't know, I haven't gotten the book yet. I am trying to figure out if it is worth purchasing with the stuff I have here.

I will tell you, it requires a lot of equipment. And definitely a squat rack/barbell.

Well, if there's too much equipment required, there are other lifting plans you could try and modify from barbell to dumbbell or kettlebell. So for example instead of barbell deadlifts you could do kettlebell deadlifts, instead of barbell presses you could do dumbbell presses, etc.
