Charge2 vs Garmin Vivofit HR+?
I got myself a Fitbit Charge2. Works fine overall but I got it at the end of November and just had to order my second replacement band because it keeps bubbling. Was considering selling it and getting a Vivofit HR+ instead but was wondering if anyone had thoughts on it or had compared it to the Charge2?

Thinking about trying NROLFW. Unsure of what weights to use though? Right now my options are limited! I have a set of 10 pounds, a set of 15 pounds, *maybe* a set of 20 pounds, and a single 15/20/25 pound kettlebell. Is that enough to get started? Would I need the gym? Help?

What exercises?
My profile pic is of a weight machine my husband bought ages ago and never used. What sort of exercises could I/ should I do on it? How many reps etc? I've never used a machine before though years ago I did free weights.
